2.2. The materials provided through the application may include:
- information from public sources;
- original materials by the developers and/or third parties;
- analytical reviews, selections and recommendations.
2.3. The application does not claim or guarantee the uniqueness, exclusivity or unavailability of individual materials outside the application.
3. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
3.1. The application is provided "AS IS".
3.2. We do not guarantee:
- that the application meets your expectations;
- the achievement of any particular results;
- uninterrupted or error-free operation of the application.
3.3. We are not liable for:
- any direct or indirect damages;
- the consequences of using the materials received;
- the acts or omissions of third parties;
- temporary technical failures and access restrictions.
3.4. All decisions about using the materials and services are made by you, at your own risk.
4. Lawful use
4.1. The application is not intended to encourage, organize or facilitate any unlawful activity.
4.2. You agree to use the application solely within the bounds of applicable law.

8.3. Continuing to use the application means you accept the updated Terms.
9. STAR
9.1. STAR is an optional paid pass. The application is free without it.
9.2. STAR is bought in the application, on Boosty or from resellers on the project Discord server, and is tied to your SoundCloud account.
9.3. Only Telegram Stars payments renew automatically, monthly. When the term ends, the application keeps working in free mode.
