My antivirus or Windows warns about the file
It is a false positive: the files have no paid code signature. In the blue window click "More info", then "Run anyway". If the antivirus deleted it, download it again, compare the SHA-256 with the site and add it to the exclusions.

Wait 10-20 seconds, quit the app completely and open it again. Using the portable build? Switch to the installer: it sets up WebView2 for you.
Every fix MSVCP140.dll was not found
Microsoft Visual C++ is missing. Get vc_redist.x64.exe from Microsoft, install it and restart the computer. It happens on stripped-down Windows builds.
The .dll error Why is the installer so big?
WebView2, which draws the app window, comes inside it, so nothing is downloaded during setup. The portable build is smaller but needs WebView2 already on the system.
Installing on Windows Installer, MSI or portable?
The installer suits almost everyone and updates in one click. MSI installs to Program Files with admin rights, handy on work PCs. Portable runs without installing, but you update it by hand.
